We're now looking for a friendly Pool Butler to join our spa team. Role Criteria
Be involved with all day-to-day spa and maintenance duties
Be responsible for providing first-class customer service around the spa
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the spa and gym
Deal with guest queries and requests efficiently, ensuring this is carried out through the team
Provide first-class customer service and be highly organised with good communication skills
Be a good team player and be able to work on your own initiative when necessary
Have a good work ethic with a proactive approach to the business
