  1. Is spa access included with our overnight stay?

    Oh yes it is. You can head to our soothing spa and wellness facilities from 3pm on the day you check in until 11am on the day of check-out. The Greenhouse Spa is open daily from 7am to 9pm.

  2. Are children allowed in the spa?

    Yep. If you fancy bringing the little ones (under 16 years old) for a swim, our family swimming times are between 9-10am and 4-5pm every day.

  3. Is breakfast included with our overnight stay?

    Book directly through our website and we’ll treat you to a complimentary breakfast. Please note, if you book via an external booking engine this will be a room-only booking.

  4. Is the hotel dog friendly?
    It sure is. Dogs are welcome in all areas of the hotel except for the spa. All of our bedrooms are dog friendly except our Comfy Rooms.
     
  5. Do you have an electric vehicle charging point?

    We have two charging points in the main car park next to the hotel that are free for our guests to use. Just come and plug in your vehicle and it’ll start charging - no need to book.

  6. Is there 24-hour room service available?

    We offer room service for all meals during kitchen opening hours - breakfast 8-10:30am, lunch 12-5pm and dinner 6:30–9pm. There is a room service tray charge of £5.

  7. Are children allowed in the hotel?

    Of course. A range of our rooms can accommodate up to two children on a sofa bed. Our Gladstone Suite is a three-bedroom suite suitable for families or groups. We also have a few rooms which can be made into adjoining rooms if you would like your children in a separate room but still nearby.

  8. Are there twin beds available?

    Yep. A number of our rooms have twin beds excluding our Comfy Rooms, Epicurean Suite, and Abberley Suite. Just let us know when booking and we’ll make sure this is ready for you.

  9. How many restaurants do you have?
    We currently have one deliciously unique restaurant in our hotel. Badgers is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, and we’d recommend booking to guarantee a seat.
  10. Does the hotel have a lift?
    We currently do not have a lift within the hotel. Should you require assistance please let the team know prior to your arrival.
