Our experienced kitchen team uses the freshest of ingredients, as well as homegrown fruit, herbs and vegetables, to conjure up a menu of fabulous meals. The kitchen garden is home to over 100 herbs and bursting with fruit and vegetables. Ian, the kitchen gardener, tends and nurtures the plants that will eventually tantalise your taste buds. If you catch him when he’s not too busy, he’ll be delighted to guide you around, give you growing tips, bestow his encyclopedic knowledge of birds and show off the carnivorous plants that keep insects at bay.
Breakfast is a relaxed affair in the Terrace restaurant, with a generous continental buffet or order plated cooked breakfasts
A light lunch is served daily in the Garden Café or lounge areas with exceptional view across the lawns. Why not treat yourself to a three course lunch in the Brookes restaurant which is open everyday.
For dinner, The Brookes Restaurant serves its Best of British inspired menu. In addition, there is also our highly renowned 7 course tasting menu. The hotels own Kitchen garden supplies many of the key ingredients for the menu, and Worcestershire is a wonderful county for ingredients.
During the day, you’re welcome to order food and drinks outside of the restaurants – whether you choose an indulgent afternoon tea in one of the cosy lounges, or some ice-cold cocktails on the velvety lawns, or an energising morning coffee with homemade biscuits.
